Comfortable, clean accommodation allow for great rest. Dinner & breakfast service were perfect. The spa is also a nice spot to relax & rejuvenate Highly recommend this place!

perfect location, quiet, big and clean rooms, wonderful breakfast, safe parking directly at hotel. the environment outside the park is not nice. if you don't want to eat at the hotel's restaurant, you have to drive. supermarkets for ordinary supply about 300 m away.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pałac Polanka. We received a lovely room in the palace itself. The staff was very accommodating. Our bed, like our room, was large and comfortable. I enjoyed the Midnight Blue Cosmetics. The restaurant was very good, as was the breakfast buffet. Additionally, the spa area was absolutely gorgeous. I particularly appreciated the salt grotto. Why not five stars? The location was just ok for me. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel.

the hotel`s staffs were very polite and friendly. the quality of the foods at breakfast and dinner was perfect. the room was not so big but it was good enough for a business trip. the negative point was only the low-quality types of equipment in the restroom

Es un palacio clásico con una decoración excepcional. Sus instalaciones perfectamente cuidada y con un gusto exquisito. Además dispone de una zona de relax con sauna en el mismo edificio y gratuito, no olvides traer el bañador.El desayuno es el típico de un hotel pero es correcto.
